He is the man who found Spike two weeks ago, and intended to keep him for breeding and call him Square Muldoon, until seeing one of the Pickles' "Lost Dog" fliers. He offers Spike one last tasting of caviar before he left.
Appearance
Winston St. George as dark gray hair and a black mustache complete with a monocle. He wears a brown coat and white shirt with a black tie.
Trivia
Although his name is Winston St. George, the credits refer to him as Rich Man.
