Wallace E. "Wally" Wingert (born May 6, 1961) is an American voice actor, actor, singer and former radio personality. Who has done many various voice roles in films, television shows, video games and commercials. Most notable Riddler in the the Batman: Arkham video game franchise.
He was born in Des Moines, Iowa, but soon moved to Sioux Falls, South Dakota. In the early 1980s, he appeared as disc jockey "Dennis Jimenez" (Dennis the Menace) on KELO AM1320 in Sioux Falls.
He was the announcer for the second incarnation of The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and the current voice of Jon Arbuckle in The Garfield Show. He is also known for his role as one of the The Almighty Tallest in Invader Zim (along with Kevin McDonald), Ant-Man/Giant-Man from The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, the Riddler from the Batman: Arkham video game series, and Renji Abarai from Bleach.

He is also voiced Threatpack in Skylanders: Trap Team
He currently works and lives in Los Angeles, California.
In 1989, Wingert parodied the song "Wild, Wild West" on the Dr. Demento radio show as "Adam West," in response to the casting of Michael Keaton as the title character for that year's Batman film.
