Summary[]
Chuckie learns how to ride a bicycle, with a little help from Angelica. Once he learns, he is befriended by other big kids with bikes. But who are his real friends -- the big bike kids, or the Rugrats?

- This episode's title is a reference to the 1969 film, Easy Rider.
- Angelica's helmet has custom holes for her pigtails to go through.
- Chas states that when he was in nursery school, he mistook some finger paints for a fruit salad.
- In the credits, the "Friendly" for "Friendly Boy" is misspelled as "Freindly".
- Moral: Always remember who your real friends are and stick with them.
- This episode is one of the few times Angelica gives Chuckie a chance to be accepted as a "Big Kid". Chuckie being potty trained and having a bike at that time made Angelica accept him as an older toddler, not a younger toddler.
