Summary
Grandpa Boris tells the Rugrats the story of Noah's Ark, which inspires Angelica to convince the babies that there's going to be a flood. Can Tommy and the others take directions from Angelica on how to build an ark and make one before the rain starts? Plot
It begins with Grandpa Boris telling Tommy, Chuckie, Phil, Lil, Dil and Angelica Noah's Ark while the baies imagine themselves in the story. Tommy as Noah, Angelica as his wife, the others as his children and the animals include two lions, two pigs, two cats (both look identical to Fluffy), two llamas, and two ducks. Angelica thinks Noah shouldn't have brought skunks and bugs in the ark. Then she hears the weather forecast: rain and tells the babies it'll rain for forty days and nights and there'll be a flood. So they build an ark out of cardboard boxes and Chuckie tries to put butterflies in there but they fly away. Tommy is paired with Chuckie, Phil and Lil are a pair, Dil and Spike are a pair, but there's only one Angelica, who wants to be let in and admits she made it up, but then it rains.

- Angelica once told Chuckie and the others that if they buried candy, it would grow into a candy tree.
