Timmy is a one-time Rugrats character that appears in the episode "The Word of The Day". He is voiced by Marabina Jaimes.
Timmy, along with Angelica and Kim, were the final three contestants and finalists, chosen to be Miss Carol's new "Happy Helper" on her Miss Carol's Happy House TV show. He was excited, until Miss Carol said that he would be the first to say that month's new "Fun Phrase", on live television in front of millions of viewers. Upon hearing that, Timmy became nervous by seeing a TV camera aimed at him, and he froze with stage fright and began stammering, "Hubba hubba." Miss Carol then eliminated him from the contest.
However, eventually, after Miss Carol was fired from the show due to profanity and Miss Stephanie took her place, because Angelica was disqualified for cussing, and Kim refused to return to the show, Timmy by default, reluctantly became her "Happy Helper," still frozen in fear throughout.
