Tara Strong (born Tara Lyn Charendoff on February 12, 1973) is the voice of Dil Pickles in Rugrats and All Grown Up!, and also provided his voice in the movies and spin-offs. She was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

She started acting at the age of 4 and by the time she was 13 years old, she had begun doing voice-over work. Tara has done voice-over work for cartoons such as "The Care Bears," "Hello Kitty's Furry Tale Theater," "My Pet Monster," "Babar," "Beetlejuice," "Madeline,"  "Little Bear" and the 2017 reboot of "Ducktales."

She provides the voice of Bubbles in the Cartoon Network animated series, The Powerpuff Girls (1998-2005 series), Timmy Turner and Poof in The Fairly OddParents, Melody in The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea", Raven in Teen Titans and Teen Titans Go!, BeBe and CeCe Proud and Puff on the Disney Channel animated series, "The Proud Family", and Lena Dupree in "Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island"

Tara starred on the short-lived Canadian sitcom, "Mosquito Lake" as Tara Harrison. She has also made television appearances on shows such as "Party of Five," "Touched By An Angel," and in the "Sabrina the Teenage Witch" television movies: "Sabrina Goes to Rome" and "Sabrina Down Under" as Gwen. She also portrays Miss Collins on the Nickelodeon series, Big Time Rush.

Tara has been seen most recently voicing Twilight Sparkle on the ever-popular show, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

Personal Life[]

Tara married actor Craig Strong on May 14, 2000. They have two sons: Sammy James Strong (born on February 5, 2002) and Aden Joshua Strong (born on August 25, 2004). They reside in Toluca Lake, California along with their two dogs: Abbey and Baci. Tara and Craig are both the founders of VoiceStarz Inc which is an Internet-based company that teaches people how to get into the voice-over business.
