Superhero Chuckie is the twenty first episode belonging to the second season of the Rugrats Television Series. Adam West is a guest star in this episode giving his voice to Captain Blasto.
Synopsis
Captain Blasto, which has been around for decades, was Stu and Drew's favorite show when they were kids. They take the babies to a live shooting of an episode, where Chuckie decides he wants to be a superhero. Later at home, Angelica takes away the toy globe Chuckie won at the TV studio and Chuckie becomes determined to become a real superhero and save the world from Angelica.

- Captain Blasto's oath is a parody of the Green Lantern oath from DC comics.
- Captain Blasto is voiced by Adam West, famous for playing the character Batman in the 1960s television show of the same name.
- Chuckie's cape is a towel with the words MOTEL STYX on it, which is a parody of Motel 6.
- While Didi was stuck on an exercise machine, she shouts "Stu, stop this crazy thing!" a reference to the end credits to the Hanna-Barbera show The Jetsons.
