"Simon" is a minor character in the 2021 Rugrats series who appears as the main antagonist of the episode "Tot Springs Showdown". He is the 4 and 1/4th year old son of Julian and the step-son of Judith. He is voiced by Tessa Gallagher.
Trivia
- Despite being called Angelica's cousin under Judith's disguise as Angelica's aunt, Simon would actually be Angelica's step-uncle in this case as he is Judith's step-son which makes him Charlotte's step-brother.
