The Security Guard is a minor and one-time character debut in the episode "The Age of Aquarium" of Rugrats and is voiced by Rodney Saulsberry.
Characteristics
The Security Guard is dressed in an squid outfit and manages to blow his whistle at anyone who misbehaves at the aquarium.
He first seen blowing his whistle when he catches the babies on a dry dock boat but trips over his tentacle and the Rugrats escape and Kimi steps on him crushing his right hand.
He then blows his whistle and tries to catch them despite his fall earlier for overruning the gift shop with suds, but the babies attack him by buckling him up with a tentacle and he falls and the babies escape.
