Reptar is the star of various television series and films. He is a Godzilla-like dinosaur, who was teleported to Earth by teleportation beams devised by scientists. He can be both evil and destructive, as well as shy and friendly. Tommy is obsessed with anything that bears his name or likeness. Several episodes reference the fictional musical, Reptar on Ice.
Storyline
According to the movie, Reptar 2010:
Reptar was born "before the dawn of time." At some point in his life he was caught in a timewarp devised by scientists, sending him to Earth in the year 2010, where he emerged from a volcano off the coast of Rhode Island. He stomped into New York City, destroying buildings. The scientists attempted to return the dinosaur to prehistoric times, but for unknown reason were unable to. At the end of the movie, the scientists launch Reptar in a rocket to outer space. Reptar's fate is unknown.
