  • Drew and Stu appear in the episode but don't speak.
  • This is the first time the Rugrats (even in All Grown Up!) ever ran away, though they eventually came back after realizing how much they need their mothers (unless you count "All Growed Up" as running away).

  • The hotel they stay in bears a slight resemblance to the real life Plaza Hotel in Manhattan.
  • Kira is revealed to possibly have motion sickness, though it could just be due to the gas station/car wash burrito she had for lunch. Nevertheless, this is the second time we see her vomit in the Rugrats franchise since Rugrats Go Wild.

    • Despite this, the episode was placed as Season 4, Episode 9 on Paramount+.
