"Pee Wee Scouts" is a Season 6 episode of Rugrats.

Summary[]
After the kids watch an old home movie of Stu and Lou being scouts, the babies (including Dil) decide to make their own scouts club. At first, Dil has a hard time keeping up with the toddlers and Chuckie, Phil, and Lil nearly kick him out of the club. But Tommy believes in his younger brother and, after getting lost with the others, Chuckie, Phil and Lil feel bad for what they said earlier. But then they see bubbles and Dil blew them, showing everyone, he can be a good scout. At the end all of the babies celebrate by eating marshmallows as Tommy says through flick in fling, scouts stick together.
