Synopsis

Sleeping over at Angelica's house while her parents are having a costume party downstairs, the Rugrats rub a toy "magic lamp" and wish that everything would be different.

Summary

The babies make a wish that the world becomes a fantasy place with many animals. Little do they know that the adults are throwing a costume party at Drew's and Charlotte's house that would seem to fulfill their wish.

This was the first time Charlotte appears without talking on her cell phone.

Drew is dressed up like Thorg, the Gorilla of Toy Palace.
