Plot

Officer Dan teaches Angelica, Susie, Kim, Timmy, Harold, Kathy, Alice, Shannon, Big Binky, Josh, Leonardo, Jake, Fred, Clark Johnny Dulce and Prudence how to be safe in rhymes, while the kids ride in go karts and Angelica is being a bit of a road hog. Dan makes Chuckie a safety officer after he goes on the road to save Dil's ball but gets scared and starts crying. They try to play tag but Chuckie thinks it's too fast, then they try to pet Spike but Chuckie thinks they "might get something on their shoes" and how do they know it's Spike? Then Chuckie takes Dil's bottle as he thinks Dil was drinking too fast. Then Chuckie has to break the rules to save someone and becomes less uptight.

Trivia

• Angelica says that driving is for grown up people who have bigger brains and don't wet their pants. Chuckie replies "I don't wet my pants hardly ever". He doesn't hardly ever but times when he has include Accidents Happen (he wets the bed) and Chuckie vs The Potty (he has an accident on the floor once)

• Officer Dan's rhymes include "Walk, don't run. Ouchies aren't fun,", "Stay alert. Don't get hurt.", "Hands on the wheel. Pedalling tight. This little girl is riding just right.", "When you go to cross the street, stop before moving your feet.", "Never pet a dog that's strange to you. That'd be a dangerous thing to do."(which Chuckie quotes Never pet a dog that's strange to you or you might get something on your shoe),

• Phil likes the handcuffs.
