Naomi is a police officer, who pulls Chas over. Naomi seems to be a friendly lady who likes Chas as he is. Although Chas is worried that his glasses make him seem a bit odd, Naomi reveals she doesn't mind his glasses. They visit each other. However, she's not seen afterwards. She is voiced by Diane Delano.
