Morgan (also known as "Crybaby") is a toddler at Golden Apple Day Center. He can spontaneously cry at will, just for the attention. He is voiced by Kath Soucie.

Description

Morgan enjoys attention and will randomly cry at any moment for it, especially if nothing is bothering him whatsoever (according to William, Morgan "fakes it" most of the time). He doesn't like spending time at the local daycare and wants to escape from the building whenever he enters.

Looks

Morgan wears teal pajamas and has red hair. The bottoms of his pajama feet are white.

Appearances

Morgan has only appeared in one episode of Rugrats, The Big House. He does make a cameo appearance in the episodes Chuckie's Wonderful Life (along with Justin and Doughboy) and The Santa Experience.
