Charlotte's assistant during that entire time was [[Jonathan Kraskell]], who, after their company reorganized, became the new CEO in the ''[[All Grown Up! Season 4|All Grown Up!]]''[[All Grown Up! Season 4| season 4]] episode, "[[Lost at Sea]]", and he wound up firing Charlotte from the company.

We learnt that Charlotte was very workaholic woman from "[[Slumber Party]]" when Drea said about his wife "Well, you know Charlotte, work-work-work". From Charlotte's first appearance in "[[The Santa Experience]]" we saw her continuously talking on her cell phone about work with Jonathan. Charlotte for 13 years was the Mega Corporation,she always making deals, agreements and getting more and more money. Mega Corporation was a large corporation which "ate" smaller corporations and taking money. Charlotte was the thired CEO of Mega Corp. (we don't know the other two but we saw them in a picture on wall), Jonathan was the forth CEO. In "[[All Grown Up]]" "Lost at sea" we saw that Jonathan was a high executive and got the power to fired Charlotte.From 2001 Jonathan was the CEO of Mega Corporation. From then we don't know anything.

Mega Corporation

Mega Corporation (originally known as Merge Corp) is the large holding corporation that Charlotte Pickles was the CEO for before being replaced by her assistant, Jonathan Kraskell.

CEO seats

Charlotte Pickles was the CEO of Mega Corp for the entire Rugrats series and for a majority of its spin-off series, All Grown Up!. Charlotte's assistant during that entire time was Jonathan Kraskell, who, after their company reorganized, became the new CEO in the All Grown Up! season 4 episode, "Lost at Sea", and he wound up firing Charlotte from the company.

Trivia

  • The company has an onsite daycare for the children of employees--Charlotte got rid of it at some point before "Mommy's Little Assets" before reinstating it and naming Jonathan as the head of it.
