Lt. Klavin is an officer who appears in The Rugrats Movie. She is voiced by Margaret Cho.
She is of Asian-American descent, possibly Chinese.
She arrives at the scene after the babies have gone missing and asks Didi about Tommy's background to which Didi responds, "He is a baby!
Later, at the mattress wagon accident, Lt. Klavin finds Dil's pacifier that had fallen out of the Reptar wagon and presents it to Stu & Didi who gasp in shock.
See is last seen going home once the kids are found.
