Plot

Charlotte's company, Mega Corp, reorganizes and, as a result, she loses her position as the CEO to her assistant, Jonathan Kraskell, who ends up firing Charlotte from the company. As a way to do something with all of her sudden, newfound freedom, Charlotte decides to try and spend more time with her daughter, Angelica, by enlisting them in several mother/daughter-activities. However, this results in multiple embarrassments for Angelica.

Meanwhile, Tommy invites Rachel over for dinner with his family, but he's afraid that it will go wrong and that she'll end up disliking his family.

• Didi is a child psychologist
• Dil's latest quirks are walking and talking backwards and dressing and acting like a girl.
• Dil was supposed to be born as a girl and named Trixie, because of Stu's deceased mother, and not Dililah as the episode says.
• When Tommy is on the couch waiting for Rachel, we can see that Chuckie and Phil are playing Yu-Gotta-Go.
• Susie is a member of the school swim team, as is Savannah and her posse.
• Kimi and Lil are not in this episode.
• Angelica called a sailor "Gilligan" after the protagonist of Gilligan's Island.
• Charlotte loses her CEO job.
• This is the first and last appearance of Jonathan on the show.
• Charlotte and Drew, for the last 10.000 Fridays, had been watching football matches, while Angelica was home-alone.
