Linda Porter (born January 31, 1933) is an American character actress. Porter has appeared in numerous feature films, television programs, advertisements and music videos. Due to her appearance, she is often cast as a grandmother, elderly teacher or "little old lady". Porter has appeared in a number of Disney Channel television programs, including That's So Raven and Phil of the Future and Also she has voiced by Nickelodeon's Rugrats.
