The Kingfisher 9000 is a fishing boat. The boat was the prize for the parent whose child won the Little Miss Lovely contest. Grandpa Lou saw an ad in the newspaper about the contest. Upon seeing the prize for the parent, he and Stu Pickles dressed up Tommy as a girl in hopes of winning. In the end, Tommy is exposed as a boy where he ends up disqualified, which disallows Stu and Lou from winning the boat as it was given to Stu's older brother Drew Pickles since his daughter Angelica won the contest by default. Grandpa, however, uses the fact that Angelica is his granddaughter to use the boat.
The boat made its first appearance in Beauty Contest and reappeared in The Seven Voyages of Cynthia where Stu and Drew are cleaning it.
