Kim Coleman is an one-time character from the Rugrats episode "The Word of The Day", and she is voiced by Tara Strong.
Kim was one of the children chosen to be Miss Carol's new "Happy Helper" on her show. However, when she was asked to give the new "Fun Phrase", Kim was unable to say it and ran off the stage, crying for her Mommy.
