Katherine Elaine Soucie (born January 20, 1953 in Cleveland, Ohio) is an American voice-actress known for portraying the voices of Phil and Lil DeVille and their mother, Betty.
Kath is known for her numerous voice-over roles on animated series such as Minx on Jem, Janine Melnitz on The Real Ghostbusters, Fifi La Fume on Tiny Toon Adventures, Linka on Captain Planet and the Planeteers, Princess Sally Acorn on Sonic the Hedgehog, Kanga in the Winnie the Pooh media, Dexter's Mom on Dexter's Laboratory, Butch on Recess, Cubert Farnsworth on Futurama, Jetta Handover on Clifford the Big Red Dog, and Lola Bunny in Space Jam.
Trivia
- She is replaced by Natalie Morales as Betty DeVille (1991) for The Rugrats but in despite the fact, she reprised her role as Phil and Lil.
