Joseph Michael "Joe" Ansolabehere (born June 18, 1959) is a writer of Rugrats. He later co-developed Hey Arnold! with fellow Rugrats writers Craig Bartlett and Steve Viksten. After only working on Hey Arnold! for one season, he left to co-create Recess and Lloyd in Space with Paul Germain.
