Jim Cummings (born November 3, 1952) is an American voice actor known for the voice of Winnie the Pooh and Tigger from the Winnie the Pooh projects as well as his other well known voices of Pete from the Mickey Mouse franchise, Razoul from Aladdin, Ed the hyena and Gopher in The Lion King, Mr. Stork from Dumbo, Kaa, Colonel Hathi, and King Louie from the Jungle Book, Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland, Lucky Piquel, and Bonkers from the TV show of the same name, Cat from CatDog, Skrawl from ChalkZone, Dick Dastardly from Wacky Racers, Taz from Looney Tunes, Roquefort and Shun Gon from The Aristocats, and Gargamel from The Smurfs. In Rugrats he does narration voice-over in the teaser trailer for The Rugrats Movie.
