Background
Jeffrey is a character who only appears in "All Grown Up!" in the episode "Runaround Susie". According to Lil, Jeffrey was madly in love with her. Throughout the episode, Jeffrey is seen pestering Lil until she got annoyed and came up the idea to use Phil as a decoy to pretend to be her so she can part ways from him. He is an annoying and disgusting kid, who ironically enough, dislikes Phil's repulsive antics.
Description
Jeffrey is a light-skinned kid who wears black glasses and has blonde spiked hair. He wears a light green shirt and a sweater vest on top.
