Hermie the Elf is a one-time and minor character in the Rugrats episode "Babies in Toyland". He works as an employee to the employed Santa. He later appears in Angelica's fantasy after she crashes into the mechanical Santa's Workshop's door when trying to break in, and he told her some facts about herself and what needs to change. He is voiced by Paul Reubens.
He is most likely named for the character Hermey the Elf in the Rankin/Bass TV special Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.
