Herbert is one of the kids Chuckie and Kimi meet at daycare in the episode "Dayscare", which is his only appearance. Like Chuckie he is afraid of everyone there at the daycare center. He also has an ear infection in the episode which lead him to miss hearing the word ice cream room for scream room. Herbert is most likely two years old and has blond hair and is seen wearing a white shirt with a red vest over it, grayish-black shorts and fuzzy socks, along with brown shoes. Herbert meets Chuckie when he is hiding in the ball pit with Robert and Chuckie jumps in and was hiding as well. Herbert thought that Chuckie was scary when he saw Chuckie running around and screaming. He was voiced by Noelle North.
