Plot[]
Tommy tries to find hair because Angelica said that if you don't have hair, you won't grow. Lou also looks for a wig in the attic to cover his bald head because his old navy buddy, Roy Davis is coming for a visit. Tommy finds Lou's toupee at the window and wears it while Lou looks for his hair and Roy comes in. Roy appears to have all his hair and seems in great shape.
Lou still can't find his toupee and Roy teases him about the loss of his hair. He holds Dil, who pulls his hair to reveal a toupee, then Dil pulls on his shirt to reveal a corset. Lou laughs and then shows Roy his corset as well. Both men laugh and when they see Tommy coming in wearing Lou's toupee, they laugh even more. They decide together that bald is beautiful and Tommy realizes that Angelica was wrong after seeing pictures of his dad and Uncle Drew as babies so he will turn into a grown up too.
Meanwhile, Angelica gets her comeuppance when she eats too much taffy that Roy had bought over and some of it gets stuck in her hair. Stu comes over and tells her that the same thing happened to him, and Lou had to shave his whole head to get rid of it, much to Angelica's horror.
Trivia[]
- Moral:
- Be yourself.
- Lots of people don’t have hair, and that’s okay. You’re still a person, with or without hair.
- This is the last episode to be released in 1998.
- This is the fifth time Lou is shown when he was younger after "Grandpa's Date", "King Ten Pin", "Sour Pickles", and "The Mattress".
- This is the third time Stu and Drew are shown as kids after "Sour Pickles" and The Rugrats Movie.
- The official description erroneously lists Ed Begley Jr. as the voice of Roy. Roy was actually voiced by the late Tom Poston.
