Gabi is a minor character in the Rugrats reboot. She is Betty's 14-year-old niece (making her Phil and Lil's cousin) and the Rugrats' babysitter. She absolutely adores the babies, especially Angelica. [1]
Description[]
Gabi is Betty's bilingual niece, having grown up in a house where Spanish and English were both spoken. Lively, fun, and hip with a sweet nature that draws in kids and adults alike, Gabi brings a burst of enthusiastic teenage energy to the Rugrats whether she's helping out at Betty's Beans or reading to preschoolers in the park for the Reading Rangers program.
She is secretly a blogger and out of respect for Daxton as a fellow blogger deletes a revealing photo she took of him in Betty and the Beast.
She is a graduate of the babysitter’s boot camp and is often seen babysitting the students in Angelica’s preschool class as seen in “Crossing the Antarctic”. In “The Lambster” it’s revealed she has a best friend named Alexis

- Gabi could be considered the reboot's equivalent to Taffy from the original series, as she is a teenage relative of one of the adults who babysits the Rugrats and is always energetic.
- While her full name hasn't been revealed yet, "Gabi" could be short for "Gabriela" (a name of Spanish-origin).
