Frank Welker is an American actor who did uncredited "voice" work for Spike, the Monkeys, and Scar Snout in The Rugrats Movie. He is well known for his role in Scooby-Doo as Freddy (and also as the title character following the death of Don Messick). His other well known roles include in Aladdin, Jabberjaw, Superman: The Animated Series, Transformers, Ducktales, The Smurfs and Curious George.
