Frank Welker is an American actor who did uncredited "voice" work for Spike (1991), the Monkeys, and Scar Snout in The Rugrats Movie. He also provided additional voices for Rugrats Go Wild. He is well known for his role in Scooby-Doo as Fred Jones (and also as the title character following the death of Don Messick). His other well known roles include in Aladdin, Jabberjaw, Superman: The Animated Series, Transformers, Ducktales, The Smurfs and Curious George.
