Mike and Bob are two unintelligent criminals and the main adversaries of the episode "Ruthless Tommy". In a case of mistaken identity, they kidnap Tommy mistaking him for the child of millionaire Ronald Thump (a spoof on Donald Trump).
They are unintelligent, but they also seem surprisingly good at what they do, as their apartment hideout is full of valuables. These valuables include money, rubies and other valuable gems/jewels, and a bunch of electronics including VCRs, televisions, and car stereos.
When Tommy goes outside to retrieve his ball, he is kidnapped by the two, both of whom mistake him for the son of millionaire Ronald Thump (due to them getting their real target's house address wrong). They take him to their hideout where he causes all sorts of misfortunes for them. He dumps their stolen jewelry into the toilet, vacuums things up by mistake (ending up including the money), and finally causing them to dive out of a window. Tommy becomes too much for Mike and Bob and they end up returning Tommy back to Stu and Didi before they even realized Tommy had been missing.
However, as the crooks leave, their ransom note flies out of Stu's hands and covers Mike's face who's driving the car, causing him to crash into a fire hydrant and send both of them flying headfirst into the back window of a police car. Mike and Bob are then arrested.
