Dr. Lector is Chuckie's pediatrician seen in the episode The Shot. He is portrayed as an elderly man, although he seems to be somewhat friendly. Chuckie, however, sees him as evil and puts on a scary clown mask, because of his fear of him after he gives him Cortisone shots (Dr. Lector lies that telling it is a Booster shot) in his knees and elbows with the syringe's needle being a super sharp metal cone which hurts. His name is possibly a spoof of Dr. Hannibal Lector from Silence of the Lambs. Note: Dr. Lector is actually a criminal pretending to be a doctor not actually a doctor.
