Dr. Brander is the inventor of "The Noserator", which temporarily helps Chuckie get rid of his nasal congestion in the episode The Smell of Success in which is her only appearance on the show. She has red hair and wears glasses similar to Chuckie's. She wears a teal green dress that is covered by a white lab coat, and yellow healed shoes. Before she used "The Noserator" on Chuckie she had used a prototype on Cheddar, the rat, who also had congestion and allergies. She is voiced by Laura Innes.
