Didila "Didi" Pickles (née Kropotkin; born December 27, 1989) is the loving mother of Tommy and Dil, and also the wife of Stu. She is considered a main character in Nickelodeon's 2021 animated TV series Rugrats.
Description
Didi has been married to Stu for five happy years, but they've been together since their sophomore year of college. Didi was an Arts major and is every bit as passionate an artisan as Stu is an inventor, Didi seems to have a new craft passion every week, which combines nicely with her livestreamed blogs, from "Mommy Moments" to "Didi Does It." Didi works out of a cozy She-Shed in the backyard and uses her livestreams to sell her craft work. It's all a part of her own inner journey, which she's still charting...on her virtual felt vision board. [2]
Summary
When it comes to what she does for a living, Didi runs an online business called "Didi Does It" and makes all sorts of arts-and-crafts projects from what she calls "The She-Shed" in the backyard of her, Stu and Lou's house. Also, unlike in the original series (where Lou was the one who moved in with her and Stu), it's established that she and Stu are the ones who moved in with Lou (not only so he can help them with the kids, but also as a way to save money).
Didi's an avid of online blogs and social media in general, but she sometimes worries about the negative influence it can have kids as well as the pressure it can put on parents.
Looks
Didi’s looks like her 1991 counterpart except her dress neckline is now a foldover style instead of a turtleneck, she lacks red ankle socks, and her hair retains its unique shape but may be rendered with more texture or volume. She also wears a wedding ring on her left hand like her husband, Stu. Her ears are more visible, allowing her earrings to be more prominently displayed, and her fingernails are also painted fuchsia.
