How it was Made

To celebrate the tenth anniversary of Nickelodeon's hit animated series Rugrats, the show's producers took a fan poll. The result of the poll was a video collection that collected viewers' top ten favorite episodes, including "Chuckie vs. the Potty", "Vacation", "No Bones About It", "Doctor Susie", and more.

The DVD equivalent, which would include every episode on both volumes of the VHS collection, was originally planned to be released on the same day, August 7, 2001, but was delayed until September 24, 2002.
