Cool Hand Angelica is a Season 3 episode of Rugrats.

Summary
When Susie tells the babies that she's going to spend the summer at day camp, Angelica makes fun of her for it. As revenge, Susie tells her parents that Angelica was jealous when she heard Susie was going to day camp. Lucy or Randy relay this to Charlotte and Drew, who decide day camp would be great for Angelica. But when Angelica arrives, it turns out she's terrible at all the camp activities and she then feels embarrassed. Angelica went to the office and go to Tommy's house to eat dinner.

Allusions
The title of the episode its a reference to the 1967 movie "Cool Hand Luke" starring Paul Newman.
The camp counselor is a reference to Gunnery Sargeant Hartman, from the 1987 movie, Full Metal Jacket.
Trivia
- The shot of Angelica trying to catch a chicken is a reference to the famous film Rocky.
- This is the first episode in which Tommy does not play a main or supporting role, only appearing in the opening scene.
