Clown #1 is a one-time character from the Rugrats Season 3 episode, "Circus Angelicus". He is voiced by the late Jack Riley.
When wearing his wild red wig and spiral glasses, he visually resembles Chuckie Finster. However, underneath his wig and glasses, his true face resembles Tommy Pickles.
