- Chuckie gets a plastic flamingo pet named Bob.
- Tommy's younger brother Dil is absent in this episode; this is the only episode of this season he did not appear in. It is likely he stayed with Didi at home.
- During the scene where Tommy wears his diaper on his head, when he is seen from behind, his shirt is long enough to cover his naked butt. Normally, Tommy's shirt is a little too small, as his belly button was always seen under it. Reportedly at the time, this was a "Standards and Practices" issue, as at the time, fully naked butts became taboo in new episodes of Nickelodeon shows (along with on-screen barfing and the word "dead")
- This is the first episode to be animated by Sunwoo Entertainment, who acquired Anivision in April 1999.
