Charlotte Christy Adelaide Jasmine McSell-Pickles (Born October 14th, 1957) is Angelica's powerhouse workaholic mother and the wife of Drew Pickles, the older brother of Stu Pickles. Charlotte can be loud, abrasive, and a bit rude. She is easily distracted by work, but tries to be a stern mother. She loves her daughter and wants her to be a strong, independent and beautiful woman like her. She is almost always seen talking on her cell phone to her assistant, or some business client. Angelica deeply loves and respects her mother, wanting to be just like her. She is voiced by Tress MacNeille.

Description

Aside from being Drew's wife and Angelica's mom, Charlotte's also the CEO of a major corporation called Mega Corp, and is actually overworked. Even though Charlotte usually doesn't have much time for Angelica and usually spends most of her time on the phone or working, she really does love Angelica.

Looks

Charlotte has peach skin and a pair of white eyes with black pupils. She has purple eyeshadow, blonde hair in a ponytail and wears a blue business suit with matching high-heels. In "All Grown Up!", Charlotte has gotten some obvious plastic surgery pulling her face into a permanent smile. The plastic surgey does little in making her look younger, and in fact, does the opposite.

All Grown Up!

Charlotte Pickles has aged a bit in the 10 years since their "darling little angel" Angelica was just a 3 year old girl. Charlotte had a cosmetic surgery this is proving in “Interview With A Campfire” which she appear with many different bandages in her face. Charlotte has peach skin and a pair of white eyes with black pupils. She has blonde hair in a ponytail and wears a red business suit with a white shirt, she had red diamond earings and lipstick and wears blue high-heels. In season 2 Charlotte like the other characters she's a bit different and more beautiful than hat she looks like in season 1, in some episodes she's appear with a blue and light blue business suit and gold diamond earings. She's been the C.E.O. (Chief Exceutive Officer) of Mega Corporation until season 4 which she loses her seat by her ex-assistant Jonathan Kraskell (In All Grown Up! he seemed to be a C.E.O too like Charlotte). After losing her job she's going crazy until she find out Dil's game is "Impatience". Inglorious she's trying to help Dil but she didn't know that she had been agressive. Her last appearance was in "All Broke Up".

In the All Grown Up's pilot episode "All Growed Up" we saw Charlotte, but she was exactly the same as in Rugrats, but in her first appearance of All Grown Up series in "Thief Encounter" she seemed to have had surgery, but in the episode "Interview With A Campfire" we see Charlotte with bandages in her face.
In the Rugrats episode "Angelica's Birthday" we learned that Charlotte has a mother who is still alive and she sent a birthday card for Angelica.
Charlotte and Drew's lawyer is Mr. Hershowitz as seen in "Pickles vs. Pickles".

In 3rd of June, 2013 unexpectedly, with out knowing that she was pergnant Angelica gave birth once again twins named, that time, Willica ("Will"+ Angel"ica", boy) and Angelill ("Angel"ica + W"ill", girl).
In 2010 Charlotte was honored as Dame by the Queen Elizabeth II, in honour of her contribution to the arts and ongoing charity work.
