Celeste is a minor character in the Rugrats reboot. She is invited over to the Pickles' household in the episode, "Goodbye Reptar" by Lou to spend some time together. She is voiced by Telma Hopkins.
Description[]
Like Angelica, Celeste is a fan of Cynthia. The two bond over the character and her catchphrase, "She's fast, she's fashion, she's servin' up some sassin'! She's Cynthia!" She runs a yoga class in the local park. It is revealed by Graham in "Captain Susie" that she and Lou have gone out on coffee dates at least four times and is implied they are dating.
Appearance[]
Celeste has curly blue hair, gold and blue ear rings, and round sunglasses with red tinted lenses. Her outfit consist of an aqua shirt, a blue necklace with a strip-patterned lanyard, beige pants, and black shoes.
Later in "Captain Susie", she is seen again now wearing a white shirt with an aqua veil, pink yoga pants, and blue yoga socks.
