Didi believes that she and Stu are exposing the boys to Reptar too much when Dil wakes up crying in the middle of the night during a storm. Didi calls Dr. Lipschitz and asks him for advice. Dr. Lipschitz recommends that Didi gets rid of Reptar for good and introduce her sons to Goober the Gopher. When Tommy refuses to give Goober a chance Dr. Lipschitz suggests that she take the kids to The Toy Fair at the mall to force Tommy to become friends with Goober. In the end, Didi realizes that she can't force Tommy to like Goober and after seeing how Reptar makes Tommy happy she allows him to be around Reptar again.
Trivia
Didi never considered nor realized that it was the storm that scared Dil instead of Reptar.
