Bernadette is an one-time character in the appearing episode "Thief Encounter" of All Grown Up! and she is voiced by Crystal Scales.
She is just as bratty rude and selfish as Angelica was in the original series Rugrats, and Angelica is forced to put up with her behavior as a result when she babysits her.
