Begley Snodgrass is a minor character in the 2021 series of Rugrats. He is first seen in Bringing Up Daisy where he gives Angelica a potted petunia flower as a gift while they're out on the preschool playground. He is voiced by Grey Griffin.
Description
Begley is a huge Cynthia fan and collector, and is careful not to damage his merchandise, keeping his Cynthia doll in its box at all times. He has a bit of a crush on Angelica, and speaks in a southern accent. Begley is very kind to everyone, including Angelica, who is mean to him. He and Angelica are often seen playing together, and, as revealed in "A Scare to Remember" he is considered Angelica’s best friend. It also seems to be that Begley lives just with his grandmother, seeing as his collection resides in the basement of her home.
Looks
Begley has blackish-blue hair and a small mouth. He wears a magenta overcoat and khaki shorts.

- He goes to the same preschool as Angelica and Kimi do.
- In "Ancient Treasure" he admits that his old Juniper doll was the only doll he's ever unboxed
- In "A Scare to Remember" he admits that it is fun to play with a Cynthia toy unboxed
