Barry is a minor character in the 2021 series of Rugrats. He appears in the episode, "The Last Balloon."

Description

Barry is seen hanging around on his phone around his job's, Green Sack, work truck with Eve. He is never to be seen doing his job properly, being too invested in his phone, as Barry doesn't pick up the walnuts Chas slips on and later forgetting to weigh down the balloons in "The Last Balloon".

Barry re-appears along with Eve in "Great Minds Think Alike." He asks Didi and Betty for their signatures on a petition to get funding for left-handed notebooks, pens, and baseball mitts for schools. The two readily sign, Betty saying that her cousin George was a lefty and wasn't able to use a can opener, leaving her stuck with opening the cranberry jelly every Thanksgiving.

Barry, along with Eve, serve as hired costumed guards in "Final Eclipse," who hold Stu, Randy and Chas, along with Tommy, Susie and Chuckie when they try to gain admission to a trailer screening without tickets.

He and Eve appear once again in "Escape from Preschool," serving as valet attendants for strollers at the Whole Child Center for Excellence.

Barry is a short chubby teen with a short black hair. He is also seen wearing a green vest with a white shirt, blue jean pants, red and yellow shoes.

Trivia

• Barry is seemingly the replacement of Larry in the 2021 series universe as his name correlates with his. Additionally, his character provides the same running gag of appearing randomly in various occupations.
