Plot[]

It is Didi's birthday, and Stu is planning a surprise party. But the babies have all gotten into the decorations in the closet, so Stu tries hiding the party hats, babies, and himself in the closet before Didi notices. Betty brings Didi to have some lunch at a cafe, so Stu and their friends can set up the party. While the grown-ups decorate, Phil asks Tommy if he got Didi a present. Tommy says he forgot, so he and the babies look around the yard for a present. The twins find a moss-covered rock for Didi, but a frog hops into Dil's lap. Tommy thinks the frog would be a better present and takes it.

Stu and Grandpa Lou check over the decorations to see what else they may need. Stu then realizes he forgot to get a birthday cake. So, he and Lou gather up the kids and bring them to Bob's Fully Automated Bakery. The line is long and moving slowly, so Stu sets Dil's bassinet onto the tray return conveyor belt and heads towards the front of the line to try and hurry things along. While Grandpa watches the bakery's promotional videos, the babies try and get some parchment paper from another counter to wrap up the frog for Didi. The frog escapes and the babies follow to the back room, where all the cakes and pastries are prepared. The babies are amazed at the sugar-dusting robots and vats full of chocolate, but they all split up to find the frog. The frog bursts out of a bucket of sprinkles, and hops onto a conveyor belt, which Chuckie accidentally activates. This causes the belt to move carrying away the frog but also bringing Dil and his bassinet into the back area. Tommy tells the other babies to forget the frog and help him save Dil. Tommy sits on top of a rolling cart while the other babies push him along the belt's track. Dil continues along the belt, getting showered with frosting. They reach the end of the donut line, but because Dil is too big to enter the next compartment, the belt fills up with more donuts. Tommy can't reach him and falls onto another belt just below Dil that is going in the opposite direction. Chuckie climbs onto the cart and also tries to grab Dil. But Dil's bassinet blocking the donuts causes a robot to scoop him up and carry him away to fix the blockage.

Meanwhile, at the cafe, Didi and Betty are wrapping up their lunch while a trio of waiters sing a birthday song for Didi. After they leave, Didi tells Betty that she's ready to go home, and leaves to use the bathroom first. Betty knows that the party isn't finished being set up yet, so she asks the waiters to help her stall for time. When Didi gets out of the bathroom, the waiters' approach and sing every "special occasion" song they know, blocking Didi from leaving.

Back at the bakery, the robot sets Dil onto a different conveyor belt, and he gets doused with cream. Phil and Lil push Tommy and Chuckie on the cart, chasing after Dil. The babies manage to grab Dil before he gets taken to another room. Safely on the cart, Dil points up to a shelf where the frog is. Before the babies can try getting it, the frog jumps away, knocking over large bags of sugar. The sugar coats the babies completely, and the frog lands in a vat of chocolate. Tommy is sad at losing the frog, and the baby's head back towards the lobby of the bakery. At the front counter, Stu is begging to get a cake as soon as possible, and Lou demands to speak with the owner. At that moment, the owner, Bob, enters and asks what the issue is. Lou says that the bakery is automated for efficiency reasons, but the salespeople are slowing down the rest of the business. Bob is intrigued at Lou's "suggestion" of automating the salespeople and offers a free cake for the trouble. Lou asks for the freshest one off the line, a chocolate cake with pink frosting.

A bit later, Didi and Betty make it back to the Pickles' house. They enter the backyard, where the party guests come out and surprise Didi with balloons and confetti. A few seconds later, Stu runs in with the cake. While Didi compliments the interesting cake decorations, the other babies console Tommy for losing the frog. Tommy says he still has the mossy rock and brings Dil over so they both can give Didi the present. Didi smiles at her babies, but before she can comment on the mossy rock, the cake starts moving. She turns to look at it, and the frog bursts out of the cake, jumping onto Didi's head. The babies are relieved that the frog survived the bakery, and Tommy thinks Didi loves the frog. But the episode closes on a panicking Didi trying to catch the frog that's jumping on the tufts of her hair.
