Plot[]
Didi, Kira, and Betty go to a toddler clothing sale. Betty thinks of buying duck jumpers (pink for Lil and blue for Phil), Didi wants to buy a scarf for Dil and a blue T-shirt and beanie for Tommy, and Kira wants to buy a paisley dress for Kimi. She fights over the dress with another lady. The babies heard Betty call it a baby sale and think that babies are being sold. They find some babies that they hope one of their mothers will buy. Then the moms try the clothes on the babies and as they see the tags (and see a lady pick up Lil and say, "I must buy one!") they think they will be sold. Not wanting to be separated from each other, they try to run away but all of them get locked in the play area by Debbie, a store worker. (except for Dil). A little boy says the grownups want the best babies, so Tommy suggests his friends throw things, get dirty, act moody and knock things over, therefore presenting as the worst babies. This doesn't work, and the grownups think they are cute. Betty, Didi, and Kira arrive and see how dirty the babies are. They blame Debbie for locking them in the play area, don't buy anything, and rush home to clean them up.
Trivia[]
- In the episode, Tommy can be seen wearing a hat that resembles the one that Dil will later wear in All Grown Up! (though not being the same color scheme).
- The babies think they will go to new homes, and so they act badly in an attempt to stop this in a very similar way to the episode "Baby Maybe."
- Mrs. Hamfish makes a non-speaking cameo appearance in this episode though she wears a orange vest.
