Stu and Drew compete wirh each other to see whose home movies of the Rugrats will win them $10,000 on a television show - Description from Klasky Csupo
Summary
Constantly feuding brothers Stu and Drew each shoot their own funny videos of their families, in hopes of winning a cash prize from a TV game show. At the same time, the Pickles family is setting up the house for a surprise party. Stu is slippery and crash with leica screeching sound for the cat. A series of mishaps leads to the brothers being hospitalized, and their father secretly filming them. In the end, Lou manages to win the money.
