Amanda Laura Bynes (born April 3, 1986) is an American actress who voiced the babysitter Taffy on Rugrats. She was well known for being in the 90's TV series All That, her own sketch series in The Amanda Show, Anna Chris Griffin's girlfriend in Family Guy, and did the role of voicing Nellie in Charlotte's Web 2: Wilbur's Great Adventure.

Though she did the voice for one of Charlotte's daughters Nellie in Charlotte's Web 2: Wilbur's Great Adventure, the voice actress for Lulu Pickles, Debbie Reynolds, did the voice for Charlotte in the 1973 Charlotte's Web Film. Lulu and Taffy just happens to be related with each other.
